This Pasadena City Hall engagement photo shoot was a dream! The soon-to-be bride and groom wanted something romantic, now I don’t know about you but this location set the mood and made us all feel like we were in Europe. The couple looked so happy and in love, I had so much fun capturing these moments. We got some pretty great shots that I’m sure they will cherish forever, I am so excited to finally share these photos with y’all!

The building was completed in 1927, it is a California historical landmark and is registered with the National Register of Historic Places. The building is also one of the most photographed buildings in the city, you are most likely to run into other photographers and their clients throughout your photo session, the architecture is most certainly unique.

From The Couple

The bride and groom have known each other since jr high school, at the time they were “friends of friends”… Years later they managed to reconnect and have been together ever since. The couple had nothing but great things to say about one another, Gaby described her (now husband) fiancé, as an extremely hard worker, ambitious, and overall selfless. The groom followed up with, “It has always been the little things she does for me that keep me falling in love with her.” Oh what it feels like to be in love!

The couple described their perfect day together by traveling to a city they’ve never been to before. The day would start with some brunch and some shopping which would end up spending way more money than they should, exploring the city, taking a nap, having a delicious dinner, and finally grabbing some drinks to end the night.
